After the overwhelming launch of Samsung Galaxy S9, Samsung is all set to come up with Note 9. Samsung has a specific pattern of providing more innovation and variance in their phablets. Last year, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 was an absolute beast that was launched in the market and was adored for having an innovative edge. The phone had amazing features like rear dual camera, 6GB RAM along with an impressive design. However, all these features were lacking in The Samsung Galaxy S8. Reasons for this visible pattern can be many. It can either be a sales strategy or because of the time span, as it takes time to launch a gadget with innovation.
But this year’s Note 9 launch can be a little bit disappointing as it will lack the usual Note series’ innovation edge. Samsung has decided not to provide the much awaited In-Display fingerprint Sensor. On a similar occasion last year, reports stated that Samsung was planning to use an in-display fingerprint sensor on the Galaxy S8. However, it was reportedly canceled at the last moment, because of issues with low yields. The Galaxy S8 instead had a fingerprint sensor on the rear of the phone in an off-centered layout beside the camera.
Of course, this does not mean that Note 9 won’t be worthy to experience. It will have all the features of Samsung Galaxy S9 such as AR Emojis, Intelligent Scan, and improved camera. It’s just that individuality which is the key to Samsung’s note series will be missing.
Along with the lack of in-display fingerprint sensor, Samsung has also accepted the previous leaks which revealed that Galaxy Note 9 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 chipsets.
