Apple iPhone 8 and 8+ to Launch in Product (RED) Variant

Apple is all set to launch a Product Red variant of iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus, according to recent technology news.

The tech giant, Apple is said to introduce many exciting releases in the near future. It is said to introduce the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus in a Product (RED) color variant today. According to the latest technology news, this launch is part of Apple’s support for RED, an organization in Africa fighting for HIV/AIDS. Apple is said to be the largest corporate donor to the Global Fund. Till date, around $130 million have been donated to the organization by Apple.

According to reports, the two phones will be listed on the company’s website today. The tech giant has previously introduced a product (RED) variant for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

However, as for yet there are no anticipations or indications of the new iPhone X coming out in a Product (RED) version. Virgin Mobile is going to add the new models to its inventory today.

Apple iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus: Specifications

One of the two devices, iPhone 8, features a 4.7 inch Retina display, whereas the iPhone 8 plus features a 5.5 inch Retina display. Both of the devices feature a glass and metal design. They also feature wireless charging.

Due to the addition of Apple’s A11 bionic chip, users can get artificial intelligence based features. Both the phones offer 64GB and 256GB storage variants. iPhone 8 features a 12MP rear camera and iPhone 8 Plus features a 12MP+12MP dual-rear setup. However, there is no option available of microSD card or additional storage for expandable storage on both the phones.
