He also stated that:

Apple’s core value is that we believe people with passion can change the world for the better. Those people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who actually do.”

Apple cut down 70% of its product line, focused on the main 30% of their products. So that with less work to do, they will focus better on the main products.

Better questions Make Better Strategy

Steve Jobs taught us that, you cannot inspire your team unless you’re not inspired yourself.

Passion is the initial step to achieving anything. If you have passion, then you will have the will to keep going on, make what you’re doing better and better. The most important thing is to make strategy and never forget the core purpose. Always ask yourself the right questions. Always ask yourself why you’re doing something.

You may not make a $1 Trillion company but you will surely get more success than you dreamed of.
