After a little delay and missed targets, Andy Rubin’s Essential phone is finally getting shipped to customers. Andy Rubin’s new startup recently tweeted that those who’ve been charged for the phone ought to look for tracking information to arrive by email today anytime.  “We appreciate everyone’s patience,” Essential added.

We’re beginning to ship Essential Phone! Please look out for an e-mail today with tracking info. We appreciate everyone’s patience!
The Essential phone has a price tag of $700, and for now, it is shipped alone for now. The Essential’s 360-degree camera module isn’t getting shipped yet, and currently, it is available only in lustrous black colour. Its white colour option might get shipped sometime soon, and the matte version is not even on the order list yet.
Customers who chose the limited-time Essential Phone / 360 cam combo have been charged to hold the camera, but Essential isn’t yet telling when that will also start shipping to customers to snap onto the phone. Andy Rubin has said Essential’s aim is to launch at least one new wireless accessory for the phone every quarter; a docking station is already said to be under developments.
