So, it’s time to panic, again.
Whatsapp, owned by the tech giant Facebook, is down, again, and people are expressing their anger on Facebook and Twitter.
According to Down Detector, the outage began around 7 am BST on November 3rd and is still down in large areas of Europe and South East Asia.
Users from the UK, India, Italy and other parts of the world were disappointed due to the outage.
