Portable 27-Inch Monitor
Every week, at the Las Vegas Convention, LG Display comes up with something truly remarkable. And also, LG Display is one of the most exciting companies at CES.
The recent invention of LG Display isn’t rollable, flexible or transparent display, but it’s still a really exciting innovation.
27- Inch Neo Art Portable Monitor Display
The 27-inch Neo Art Portable Monitor Display is a prototype of a grab-and-go monitor that lets you feed it both power and video via a single USB-C cable. That makes the monitor eminently transportable, with a thin and light design that honestly makes it practical to wander around between rooms in your house or office meeting rooms.
Neo Art display is actually much more refined than a concept or prototype. It can be connected to a MacBook Pro is truly plug-and-play. And also, LG Displays’s Demo had a single MBP powering two of the 27-inch displays at once. The MacBook Pro needs rapid recharging. This also exemplifies the weakness of the models that have only have two USB-C ports. And then it doesn’t have any space for the power cable. But the fact is that it is possible to feed two 27-inch displays. Along with a 13-inch MacBook panel at once of a single laptop’s battery is spectacular.
The Neo Art Displays have modest specs, LCD panels with 1920 x 1080 resolution. And no additional frill like an embedded speaker or a webcam, but the picture is very eye-catching and attractive in person.
It is announced by LG Electronics that the previous LG Display Highlight, the 65-inch rollable OLED TV, is going to be a real product that you can purchase, early in 2019.
Furthermore, if there is decent consumer interest, the Neo Art portable 27-incher may also become a real purchasable product.
