1- Defence Central Library

Founded on the 3rd of November 1991, Defence Central Library has a well designed and attractively decorated infrastructure surrounded by lush green lawns, fountains and rockeries.

Like all the modern day libraries, it has a computerized book inventory, latest magazines, daily newspapers, children storybooks. Another amazing fact about this library is that it also has access to the digital library of HEC.

2- British Council Library

Located in Saddar, this library has all the resources you need to finish your school/college assignments. They have merged the digital and physical libraries to create a hub of creativity and culture.

3- Frere Hall Library

This library is located on the first floor of frere hall which was built during the British Raj era and is hauntingly beautiful.

After the British Raj came to an end, frere hall was turned into a library which is now known as Liaquat National Library. This contains 70,000 books including some of the handwritten manuscripts.
