LUCID DREAMING (unleash your creative potential)
An average person spends 1/3rd of their lives SLEEPING so imagine what will happen if your mind stays awake while your body is sleeping
- where will you go?
- Whom you will meet?
- What will you like to eat?

I know that we all want to improve each area of our lives so why not improve or control our dreams or make something out of it while we sleep. Today i m gonna share some very creative and basic techniques to start lucid dreaming.
STEP 1: A DREAM DIARY
Start writing a Dream diary. As soon as you wake up write down your dream because it is the time when you remember everything you saw in your dream but as the time passes you gradually forget about it. So write each and every detail like how did you feel about it?, were you happy or sad? What was in your surrounding? Stuff like this.
STEP 2: REALITY TESTING
You will only be able to start lucid dreaming when you will be aware in a dream that you are dreaming so then you can control it. You need to reality check whether you are dreaming both in real life and dream.
For example if you see yourself talking to your mother in a dream then in real life whenever you talk to her just ask your self is it a dream? And do a reality check such as just jump once on a floor so in real life you come back to ground but in a dream you might just float. There are a lot of other reality checks you can do.
STEP 3: THE WAKE BACK TO BED METHOD
Set an alarm 1.5 or 2 hours before you have to wake up. Upon waking up just walk around the house for 15 to 20 minutes and only think about lucid dreaming then go back to bed. Believe me the results are immediate. The more you practice this technique the more lucid dreams you can have.
STEP 4 : STABILIZATION
May be when you first start lucid dreaming you will be excited that you might actually wake up in real life
so be stable in your dream. Here is how:
- focus in your senses like what you smell or what do you hear
- spin around
Don’t think its too difficult. If you follow these steps daily for about 1 month then you will be able to have it so don’t get frustrated if it don’t happens right away.

- perform 5-10 reality checks daily
- set intention
- wake back to bed method.
Just imagine that if you will be able to do it then you can meet your favorite celebrity or fly in the sky but other than these small thing the real benefits are that you can explore your inner self, talk to your sub conscious mind, your creative potential this will give you wisdom. That’s why some great artists uses this technique to get some ideas for their art work or to find any tune for their songs.
