This year’s flagship from OnePlus: OnePlus 5 is no more available to purchase and various sources have claimed that the company would be launching OnePlus 5T next month as its improved version. Through latest tweets, the company seems to be teasing the features of the upcoming OnePlus 5T. OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has launched a tweet to disclose what could be an upcoming feature of OnePlus 5T.

The above tweet was retweeted by OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei. In the above tweet, Lau can be seen praising Samsung’s AMOLED screen. Through the tweet, Lau could be trying to hint that OnePlus 5T may sport an AMOLED panel.

Samsung produces its OLED panels to different smartphone manufacturers. It has even provided OLED panels for the previous devices from OnePlus. The tech giant has also provided its OLED panels for latest flagship iPhone X. Since various rumours are roaming around that the upcoming OnePlus 5T would sport an 18:9 display, there is a possibility that the device may sport a screen that is similar to the Galaxy S8.

A recently revealed image of rumoured OnePlus 5T shows that it has slimmer bezels around the screen. It is expected to feature a 6-inch Samsung OLED panel that carries support for FHD+ resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. OnePlus 5T could be the first from the company to feature a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Pete Lau and Carl Pei have also recently shared camera samples that were taken using an unnamed phone. It is possible that the OnePlus could be teasing the camera capabilities of OnePlus 5T. It is rumoured to feature a 20-megapixel selfie snapper and rear-facing dual cameras sporting a pair of 20-megapixel sensors. It is likely to have a 3,450mAh battery. A leak suggests of OnePlus 5T reveals that its launch event will be held on Nov. 16.
