Oppo has come up with a codename that will be their new smartphone. Oppo’s ‘Poseidon’ is the new matter of curiosity for Oppo fans. The company is working on this new project with the latest specifications of the current time. Recently, a website has revealed these few specifications that leave a hint of this new upcoming flagship by Oppo.
The benchmarking tests phones conduct before coming into the market was too observed from this Poseidon from where the specs got leaked. The phone scored 3,810 in the single-core test and 10,963 in the multi-core test. Furthermore, this phone will have the latest Qualcomm chipset of Snapdragon 855 octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz. And obviously, the latest Android version Pie will be a part of it.
Specifications of the Poseidon:
The Snapdragon 855 chipset used supports the 5G connectivity, in order to provide users with the best of experience. The octa-core processor it has consists of four power-saving cores clocked at 1.78GHz, three performance cores clocked at 2.42GHz and a different and unique ‘gold’ core clocked at 2.84GHz. This gold core’s actual purpose is to boost the performance of the phone. The graphics processor, Adrena 640 is used to improve the overall performance.
The processor Oppo has used has a fourth generation, multi-core AI Engine which makes it 3 times better with the Artificial Intelligence than Snapdragon 845.

It further has emphasized on video and photos feature, focusing more on the gaming side. The company has revealed Snapdragon Elite Gaming in the shape of the world’s first Computer Vision Image Signal Processor (CV-ISP).
