That’s right! Bill Gates is now on second position in the list of richest men in the world. Amazon chef, Jeff Bezos has replaced him as the richest person alive with his total worth of $39 billion. It is the biggest gap between no. 1 and 2 since 2001.

Billionaire’s list for 2018 by Forbes is finally out and now we can finally know who is on top of the list. The list includes 2,247 names from 72 countries. The total worth of all these rich people is almost $ 9.1 trillion. The worth has increased up to 18% from last year. If we talk in term of statics of each country, America tops the list with 585 billionaire. China is on second position with 373 billionaire while India is on third with 119 of them. There are 259 new comers in the list including the first ever cryptocurrency billionaires.
Jeff Bezos is Amazon’s chief who owns almost 16% of the e-commerce of the world.

Acquiring the second positions after topping the list for so many years, Bill gates needs no introduction. ‘Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’ is the world’s largest charitable foundation.
3. Warren Buffet
Warren Buffets is one of the most powerful investors of the world. His ‘Berkshire Hathaway’ owns more than 60 companies.
4. Bernard Arnault
On the fourth place, comes the french business man and investor Bernard Arnault. Arnault is the chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE), the world’s largest luxury-goods company.
5. Mark Zuckerberg
Finally on the fifth position, we have social media king, Mark Zuckerberg. His net worth is estimated to be US $72.5 billion.
